Larger Houses
Our larger houses are 1450 sqft and include a large living room-dining room
combination with vaulted ceilings. These houses have central air and heat and are
furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and
dryer hook ups are also provided. Each house has an outside utility building with a
large deck capable of seating 8-10 people.

"Sharecropper" Houses
Our sharecropper houses are renovated houses dating back to the 1940s.
Originally these houses were used by farm staff supporting the original 1000 acre
farm that the properties were part of. These houses range from 1200 to 1400 sqft
and generally include a living room-dining room combination. These
houses have central air and heat and are furnished with stove, refrig
erator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer hook ups are also
provided. Many of these houses have an outside utility building with either a deck
