Rental Management
We are a small family run rental management company. All houses we manage
are owned by us and we have a full time maintenance and repair staff constantly
working throughout the properties to ensure that the environment and the houses
remain attractive and friendly.
We provide houses in the Lakeland area ranging from 1200 sqft to 1450 sqft.
These houses are mostly located on large lots with ample space between the
houses. All of our properties have central HVAC and all major appliances.
Generally, our houses back up to either livestock grazing fields (Horses or cows)
or forested area.
We have been in the rental management business for 40+ years and our goal is
to provide a rural living space with quick access to shopping and employment. We
are located one half hour by freeway to downtown Memphis. Grocery shopping is
available within a 10 minute drive. Also, we are located about 15 minutes from the
Wolfchase Mall.
The closest major cross streets are the intersection of Highway 70 and Canada
Rd.
